Hello! Welcome to the Fulcrum Health and Wellness Institute. I am an osteopathic family physician who specializes in primary care, metabolic health and menopause. In 2019, I founded Fulcrum Family Health, a direct primary care practice offering personal, accessible, and affordable health care. Our primary care clinic is designed to create more time to support the physician-patient relationship. The most common conversation is about metabolic health and prevention of diabetes, insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease. In order to reach more people, we created the Fulcrum Health & Wellness Institute.

Our Health & Wellness Institute is a more focused medical practice for patients to address these questions about improved healthspan with a physician that has time and expertise in prevention and treatment of metabolic health.

Doctor, heal thyself
Dr. Lucas lives in Cumberland with her husband, Romeo (the other Dr. Lucas), and their three children, Sophie, Henry, and Oliver. When we are not in the office, we are often supporting our kids as they pursue music and sports or planning our next big travel adventure. As a family, we created these practices to prove that both patients and physicians deserve health and wellness.
