Welcome to the Fulcrum Health Metabolic Reset Program!    We are so excited to work with you!

October 2025 Metabolic Reset Program​

Expected Schedule​

  • September 30th - Kick off telehealth call

  • Next steps​​

    • Schedule

      1. You can use our self-schedule link or call the office.  Choose "Consultation - Fulcrum Health & Wellness". If you can't see an appointment, please call the office.

        1. Initial intake with Emily and Dr. Lucas

          • Choose "Metabolic Health Initial Intake" for month 1.​

          • Goal to have intake in 1st or 2nd week of October.

        2. Monthly Follow ups with Emily and Dr. Lucas

          1. Choose "Metabolic Health Follow up"

          2. You can schedule 2 months in advance

        3. Additional Monthly Health coaching session with Emily​​
          • Choose "Nurse Schedule" and then choose Virtual or otherwise inperson. ​
        4. Labwork
          • Can be performed at initial intake if fasting in the morning.  Otherwise will plan another time either in office or at local Quest Laboratory.
    • Plan for

      • Monthly online Q&A (question and answer) with Dr. Lucas and Emily every 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM

      • Nutrition

        • We will be utilizing the Whole30 elimination diet for the first month of this reset. Please use this link to familiarize yourself with the program.  We will discuss further in detail.​

      • Education

        • Course education on science of metabolic health and obesity medicine. Information will be available weekly.

        • Workbook for education and health coaching will be given at first visit.​

      • Communication

        • Messaging with your team will be explained at your first visit.​​

        • If you have questions before, please give a call to the office.​​​​​​
